Who is Integral?

Integral was founded when we noticed the huge gap in quality in the private education industry. Tutoring was created to complement schools and to support students who wanted to excel and meet their potential, no matter their circumstances. Unfortunately, the one-size-fits-all approach favoured by large tutoring organisations that employ university tutors without the skills or expertise to approach the specific requirements of selective entry exam preparation can make this extremely challenging.

Students go to these providers and don’t build the connections, or even achieve the desired learning outcomes. Instead, we found that they got bored, demotivated, and even resentful towards the idea of tutoring. We wanted to create an individualised coaching service that covers so much more than just preparing for an exam. We believe that when setting goals, it is not only about the outcome you want to achieve, but the person you want to become.
